Valentine's Chair Dance Workshop

Do something romantic for yourself this Friday the 13th: explore chair dance! This workshop is for all bodies, genders, and experience levels. Dive into some flow with our special guest, Coryna. We'll begin with a yoga-based warm up, ooze into gooey, grounded flows, and work our way toward lap-dance inspired movement (explored solo or with a partner). This class centers consent, connection, and play. Come flow and twerk as we explore sensual movement and self connection.
