Intro to Pole

Perfect for first time polers, this class introduces you to foundational pole techniques. You’ll learn basic spins, grips, and transitions, building confidence and strength as you go. With a focus on proper technique and alignment, this class offers a safe, supportive environment to start your pole journey. No experience needed—just come ready to move and have fun!

Beginner Spin

For those who completed the Intro to Pole Series and feel confident in the basics of static pole. You will be introduced to spin mode and guided through  beginner-level spins, transitions, and combos, helping you gain strength and confidence with new moves. This class keeps things fun and supportive while challenging you to take your skills to the next level.

Tricks and Flow

This class is all about building your pole vocabulary through tricks, transitions, and creative sequencing. You'll work on strength-based skills, improve your flexibility, and focus on making your movement clean and fluid as you link tricks into flow. We'll explore flexible shapes, inverted combos, and the art of moving seamlessly between poses-whether you're climbing high or returning gracefully to the floor. Come ready to level up your technique and express your unique style on the pole!

Tricks in Heels

Elevate your heels game-literally. Tricks in Heels blends the sensual, grounded flow of heels choreography with aerial pole tricks that take your movement to new heights.

In this class, we'll focus on fluid transitions from floorwork to pole and back again, creating sequences that are both powerful and graceful. You'll work on building strength, control, and confidence as you explore dynamic shapes, aerial tricks, and smooth, seamless movement— all while dancing in heels.

Low Flow

This class is all about embracing the dance side of pole. We’ll focus on smooth transitions between the floor and the pole, building confidence in movement and expression. Each week you’ll learn beginner-friendly choreography designed to connect simple tricks with flowy floorwork and grounded shapes. Expect to explore sensual, playful, and creative movement while developing your ability to move with ease and intention. Perfect for anyone wanting to deepen their connection to the dance and discover their unique style in low flow pole.

Strength and Conditioning

Start your Sunday with a fun, energizing strength training session designed to build mobility, stability, and full-body power. This class uses the poles as a fitness tool-no dance experience required. With a challenge-by-choice approach, you'll be guided through exercises that challenge you to grow stronger, more mobile, and more confident in your movement.
